The Kingston Canadian Film Festival is pleased to announce the following Local Shorts as recipients of the 2008 KCFF Local Shorts Award. The winning films will air on Movieola - the short film channel in a KCFF special to air following the Festival. The winning films are; BLACK OUT directed by Tak Koyama, DESMOND COY directed by James Wilkes, TALKING ABOUT SNAILS directed by Matt Lalonde, Blake Macfarlane, Wonjai Park & Megan Svarich-Knights, THE TELL TALE HEART directed by Jade Deacon and ZOMBIE JESUS! directed by Steve Miller.
